Founded as a British owned Hong Kong company in 2005, Agile8 was set up as a business process and IT consultancy to help large organisations tackle challenging projects whilst driving technological innovations for sustainable initiatives.
One notable example is our development and production of COOLNOMIX® energy-saving technologies. With worldwide patents published in February 2014, these leading solutions aim to reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency in a progressively environmentally conscious world.

Prior to founding Agile8 and co-founding COOLNOMIX®, Kevin was a Managing Consultant with PA Consulting Group for 13 years in Europe and Hong Kong. This followed his 17 years of experience with BP in the areas of oil industry service engineering and IT, which ranged from LNG process and managing large capital engineering projects in the Middle East to distributing AI driven computer control systems worldwide. He is now dedicated to delivering game-changing energy saving technologies to help businesses reduce carbon reductions and make a positive change to our planet.
Henry Tun Lye Aun B Comm (Aust.); MBA (U.K.); CA ANZ is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in areas including public accounting and auditing with roles in finance. He has held different positions at top management level for different companies across the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Over the past 10 years, Henry has helped numerous SMEs turn their financial performance around during the challenging post-2008 and COVID periods, successfully nursing them back to financial health.
A commercial pilot by profession and an accomplished senior level executive with a +25-year track record of successful multicultural experiences, Michael has successfully guided global teams in the commercial fields for aviation, medical diagnostic imaging and training systems for critical industries. He has hands-on experience in Sales at C-level (small, medium and global enterprises), Marketing, and seeking for new Distribution channels across Asia, Oceania, EMEA, Caribbean and South American countries.
Nate brings over 40 years of technical management skills to Agile8, leading the development of COOLNOMIX®. He started his career in the USA with Union Carbide Corporation maintaining computers before moving to Litton Industries for the specification, installation and servicing of business telephone equipment. He possesses broad knowledge of energy-saving technologies, power systems and power quality issues and he has trained thousands of engineers in Asia on energy savings, electrical surge mitigation and proper equipment installation techniques
Canhine was educated in Taiwan and Hong Kong, and graduated with a degree in textile technology. She brings over 24 years of experience in import and export business skills to Agile8. Her combined expertise in establishing a fabric R&D Department for several large well-known garment trading companies and gift for speaking multiple languages allowed her to spend 12 years doing simultaneous interpretation at international business trade shows. She uses this same adaptable attitude in terms of business planning, exports and analysis to seek the best possible solution for our COOLNOMIX® customers.
Tommy’s understanding of manufacturing and international trading, plus his fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, have allowed him to seize numerous regional opportunities before and during his time at Agile8. A graduate of the Open University of Hong Kong with a degree in Business Administration, he transitioned to the sustainability sector after realising the importance of environmental conservation, and has been providing environmental consultancy and training to several clients for more than decade. Tommy is a Certified Carbon Auditor Professional (CAP) and Senior Energy Auditor, and is currently a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (MAEE) of Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Agile8, Fritz graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a degree in Engineering, majoring in Energy Science. He was the leader of his university’s Solar Car Team and led the group to compete in the Sasol Solar Challenge 2018 in South Africa, where they were awarded the Sustainability Class Award. Fritz then worked in several fields including law and education, with a strong passion for aviation. He is currently involved in the application of COOLNOMIX®, focusing on installation processes, supporting the R&D team, and conducting training for our global business partners.
